First Western Bank has an immediate opening for an experienced Loan Assistant for our Booneville Main Location. Individuals in this role are an integral part of the lending team and work hand-in-hand with their peers and Loan Officers by handling loan data entry and assembling documentation for customer loans, preparing credit and financial files for commercial loans, and reviewing tax returns. Loan Assistants are also responsible for reviewing loan documents prior to closing and verifying accuracy with other lending department team members prior to funding. This person will assist with all administrative tasks including, but not limited to, general clerical and office duties involving typing, record and file maintenance, mail distribution, answering telephones, writing memos, etc. as directed. It is preferred that qualified candidates have current commercial or agricultural loan assistant / loan operations experience.
