Remote Bilingual Health Insurance Support Specialist

Oscar, the first health insurance company built around a full-stack technology platform, seeks a bilingual customer service and production associate working remotely from Arizona. You will handle daily activities, customer interactions, and back-office tasks following SOPs, reporting to the Concierge Operations Manager.
This role offers base hourly pay of $19 with a potential extra $1 per hour after bilingual assessment, benefits, and 15 days of vacation accrual per year.
