TO BE COMPLETED BY RECRUITER- NOTE, PAY TRANSPARENCY STATE Position: HSS Medical Technician (Non-Exempt) Department: Human Resources / Health, Safety & Security Reports to: Safety Manager Location: Redlands DC Pay: $24-$27/hr
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide first-aid treatment to ill or injured employees
- Perform drug testing following standard operating procedures
- Maintain injury documentation and conduct follow-ups
- Train employees on blood borne pathogens, First-Aid, CPR, and AED
- Coordinate and administer hearing conservation program
- Demonstrate Ashley's Core and Growth Values
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Education: Associate degree in Medical Emergency Services or equivalent experience- Experience: 3 years in emergency medicine
- Certification: Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Certification (Required)
- Skills: Confidentiality, independent work capability, excellent
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs
- Transport loads up to 100 lbs
- Standing, walking, bending, reaching throughout workday
- Work environment: Office, operations, and outdoor settings
