This position is responsible for ensuring that the clinic is conducive to a productive environment.Responsibilities:Supervise staff; to include, recruitment, performance management, time clock and the running of daily huddlesMonitor and suggest operational changesOversight of staff schedules and ensures coverageResponsible for training of new staff and re-training of current staffRun reports and confers with management on resultsMonitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coachingOrganize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasksReceive complaints and resolves problemsMaintain timekeepingPass on information from management to employees and vice versaEnsure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertakes disciplinary actions in conjunction with management if the need arises.Responsible for daily deposits and petty cashParticipate in conferences and meetings, represent the clinic on organizational initiativesRequirements:High School Diploma or equivalent3 years healthcare experienceProven experience as a leaderFamiliarity with company policies and legal guidelines for healthcareAbility to learn a variety of job descriptionsOutstanding leadership skillsAbility to build trust with physicians and co-workersAbility to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work as part of a teamMust be able to work independentlyMust be detail orientedStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillStrong sense of discretion and professionalism
