Mid-sized, highly regarded New York City Real Estate Law Firm, is seeking a Senior Associate with 5+ years of sophisticated commercial leasing experience. This opportunity will be for the Transactional Real Estate practice group. If you have a background running leasing deals we want to hear from YOU!

Job Details

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in New York
• 5+ years of sophisticated commercial leasing experience (with the ability to independently draft and negotiate leases)
• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions is a plus
• Interest in business development and client relationship management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal technology tools
• Portable book of business is a plus, but not required
