Are you a newly graduated LPN looking for a place where your work truly makes a difference every day? We are a non-profit inpatient behavioral health hospital dedicated to caring for individuals experiencing mental health and substance use challenges, regardless of their ability to pay. We are seeking compassionate, upbeat, and team oriented new graduate Licensed Practical Nurses who feel drawn to behavioral health. This is a supportive environment where you can build confidence, grow your skills, and begin your nursing career while being part of a mission driven team.

As part of a multidisciplinary care team, you will support safe, therapeutic, patient-centered care and contribute to the recovery journey of individuals who are often in crisis and in need of stability, dignity, and hope. You will learn alongside experienced clinicians who are committed to mentoring and supporting new nurses.

New graduates are encouraged to apply and may be considered for hire while awaiting licensure exam results. However, an active Louisiana LPN license is required before starting employment.
