Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Full Time Floor Nurse in Saginaw. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with healthcare team members, and ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients on assigned floor in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and post-discharge care.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience preferred, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
