MEP VDC / Revit Specialist

Job Title: MEP VDC / Revit Specialist Location: Little Rock, AR Job Type: Full Time Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 annually Key Responsibilities Develop detailed construction documents and 3D models in Revit, focused on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. Lead BIM coordination efforts with architects, engineers, and project managers. Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Navisworks. Establish and maintain drafting standards and documentation protocols. Conduct site visits to verify existing conditions and ensure design accuracy. Provide technical support throughout construction and manufacturing phases. Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders across all project stages. Qualifications Advanced proficiency in Revit (required). Experience with AutoCAD, BIM workflows (ACC/BIM 360), Navisworks, and Bluebeam. Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building codes, and engineering principles. Ability to read, interpret, and produce complex technical drawings. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills. Associate degree or certification in drafting, engineering technology, or a related field preferred. Prior experience in an architectural or engineering environment preferred. Supervisory Responsibility None. Work Environment This is an on‑site / hybrid role based at the Little Rock office. Remote‑only applicants will not be considered. Strong preference is given to candidates residing in or willing to relocate to the Little Rock / Central Arkansas area. The job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. Physical Demands Regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone, key on keyboard, stoop, kneel, and install/repair computer equipment. Specific vision abilities required: close vision due to computer work. Light to moderate lifting is required.
