Pay Range $30.00 – $34.00 per hour What You’ll Do As an Aluminum Fitter , you’ll play a critical role in fabricating structural components for high-impact maritime projects. This position requires precision, craftsmanship, and the ability to interpret detailed blueprints while collaborating with a team committed to excellence. Key Responsibilities Pass required 3G and 4G aluminum weld tests (AWS D1.2 on 3/8” plate) Interpret technical drawings to lay out and fabricate aluminum structures Operate presses and forming equipment Perform tack welding and fitting with minimal supervision Follow industry-standard safety and quality protocols Qualifications 1+ year of hands‑on aluminum welding or fabrication experience Strong blueprint reading and layout skills Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends as needed Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety Why You’ll Love It Here Collaborative, team-focused environment Competitive pay Opportunities for advancement and long-term career growth Why Work with PDS Tech?
