What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient urological consultations, diagnoses, and management
• Perform routine and advanced urological procedures, utilizing DaVinci robotic system
• Collaborate with a team of two existing Urologists and support staff
• Manage approximately 17-20 clinic patients daily
• Participate in on-call rotation (10 days/month)
• Utilize EMR (EPIC) for documentation
• Ensure excellent patient care, safety, and compliance standards
• Support community health initiatives and referrals

What You Need

Required:

• Ohio medical license or eligibility
• Board Certified or Eligible in Urology
• Proven outpatient clinical Urology experience
• Ability to commute within 40 miles or relocate
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Experience with robotic surgical systems
• Prior outpatient practice in a hospital setting
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
