The primary patient population includes a variety of complex medical disorders and telemetry. Primary skills utilized/learned include IV placement, blood draws, foley catheter insertion/removal, tracheostomy care, NG placement, PEG tube, various drains, wound care, time management, critical thinking, and delegating./ppThe personnel an RN will work with include LPNs, patient care nursing assistants (PCNAs), nurse interns, providers, PT/OT, WOCN.
