Occupational Therapist - Nursing Home- San Angelo, TX

cTrace Solutions has a great opportunity to be a part of our growing team! We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist. SIGN ON BONUS: $200 Come Join Our Team!

• $70 hour+ DOE AND Amazing Bonus Structure (sign-on and referral bonuses available)

• Schedule 8 am to 5pm M-F with some flexibility to do assessments
  

Responsibilities:

• Complete Occupational therapy assessments.
  

• Perform treatments, creates home based plans, monitoring of plans for implementation and effectiveness..
  

• Attend client centered meetings or provides information when needed.
  

• Performs skills based competency training for staff
  

• Must have good verbal and written communication skills, including participating in team meetings, training clients and staff, and quality electronic record documentation.
  

• All certifications must be current and remain as such while providing services at the Facility
  
• Maintain current Occupational Therapist license with the State of Texas. Maintain CEUs for licensure.
  
• Must be in “good standing with Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners.
