Role Responsibilities:
As a Foot and Ankle Orthopedic Surgeon, your duties will include:
- Delivering expert assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for various foot and ankle issues, including trauma, sports injuries, deformities, arthritis, and complex reconstructive cases.
- Conducting surgeries related to the foot and ankle, such as arthroscopy, fracture management, tendon and ligament repairs, ankle replacements, and minimally invasive techniques.
- Creating personalized treatment plans that encompass both surgical and non-surgical options.
- Interpreting diagnostic imaging, including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds.
- Collaborating with orthopedic colleagues, physical therapists, podiatrists, and other specialists to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications Required:
- Graduation from an accredited Medical School
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Possession of an active Medical License in New York
