Located near the iconic intersection of Cocoa and Chocolate Avenue, Hershey Social features bold flavors, signature cocktails, and over-the-top desserts inspired by Hershey's chocolate roots.Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of all food service areas and equipment, including cleaning of food service kitchens, storeroom, and locker areas.As a Part-Time Team Member, you will enjoy sweet perks like FREE admission and parking to Hersheypark, discounts on food & shopping, and more as soon as you receive your Employee ID!Job Duties:Maintaining sanitation and cleanliness of all food service areas and equipment, including cleaning of food service kitchens, storeroom and locker areas*Assisting food preparation whenever neededCleaning, washing, and storing all eating and drinking utensils, pots, pans, and other related items*Cleaning all kitchen surfaces (floors, walls, ceiling, etc.); maintaining clean dishwasher and dishwashing areas*Cleaning out the dish machine after every meal*Stocking all service areas within the kitchen with glassware, silver, china, etc.; emptying and scrubbing garbage containers when necessaryKeeping the garbage compactor area clean and neat; cleaning hood areas and screens about cooking areas*Performing other duties as assignedQualifications:Must be at least 16 years of ageKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Ability to understand instructions, both written and verbalAbility to perform all job duties without close supervisionProfessional image representative of company imageJob Demands:Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysPhysical requirements include considerable walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting up to 50 poundsMust be comfortable working in extreme temperaturesProper footwear must be provided by employeeHershey Entertainment and Resorts is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
