Peoplelink Staffing, in partnership with a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in Mount Vernon, IN, is hiring Packaging Operators for long-term temporary assignments. Join a team-focused environment with opportunities to gain valuable manufacturing experience.

Job Summary:

• Hand packing cartons into finished cases
• Palletizing finished cases on pallets
• Loading components onto the equipment.

Pay: $20.00/ hour

Shifts Available/ Start Date:

Assignment dates: 08/03/2026 - 12/18/2026
1 st / 2 nd Rotating Shift: Work 2 weeks of 1 st shift then 2 weeks on 2 nd shift

• 1 st shift: Either a 4x10 shift pattern - 5am - 3:30pm Mon-Thurs. or a 5x8 shift pattern - 6am - 2:30pm Mon-Fri.
• 2 nd shift: Either a 4x10 shift pattern - 3pm - 1:30am Mon-Thurs or a 5x8 shift pattern 2pm-10:30pm Mon-Fri.

Straight 3rd Shift: Sunday 10:00pm - Friday 6:30am



Packaging Operator Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Previous packaging / warehouse experience is preferred
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift up-to 50 lbs. repeatedly
• Must be able to successfully pass background check and drug screening
