This role offers meaningful, predictable work with the flexibility of a low-commitment monthly schedule—without the administrative burden of running your own practice. You’ll function as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community-centered model, delivering high-quality care to aging populations in nursing homes, veteran homes, and assisted living facilities. The Setting This role operates within a community-based outpatient clinic model designed for efficiency, consistency, and patient-centered care: Full-time clinic staff on-site Organized scheduling and predictable patient flow Collaborative, team-based care environment Value-based model focused on seniors Complete logistical support—equipment, supplies, scheduling, and billing handled by CMC You focus on dentistry. We handle the rest. What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive dental care including exams, preventive services, extractions, and basic restorative procedures Diagnose and manage oral health conditions common in aging populations Work closely with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team Deliver patient-centered care in a structured outpatient setting What Makes This Different CMC dentists are embedded within established clinic environments—not rotated through high-volume mobile routes.
