A retail pharmacy location in Mifflinburg, PA is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Manager to lead its team in delivering outstanding pharmacy services. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain strong collaboration with the store operations team to promote associate engagement and communicate department and company strategy.
• Ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance by completing Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance for all prescriptions.
• Drive business growth by implementing clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
• Manage inventory by tracking sales and ordering pharmaceutical stock to meet customer demand and maximize profitability.
• Align department performance with key measurable metrics targeting efficiency and effectiveness.
• Deliver excellent customer service, resolving medical-related inquiries and fostering trusted relationships.
• Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy associates, and support staff, including training, coaching, and disciplining as needed.
• Safeguard pharmacy security and handle customer concerns to build loyalty.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and utilize resources to resolve prescription issues.
• Maintain pharmacy cleanliness and organization, while ensuring continuous team development to improve performance and control labor costs.
• Oversee essential tasks such as cycle counts, inventory management, and will-call follow-ups.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree.
• Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License.
• Current Pennsylvania Immunization License.

Schedule:

• Bi-weekly hours: 62
• Variable shifts including 10-hour (9am-7pm), 11-hour (9am-8pm), and 12-hour shifts (8am-8pm or 9am-9pm).
