Desired Skills & Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Valid State SLP license (or eligibility in Vermont). ASHA CCC-SLP certification or eligible Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Previous experience in school settings preferred, but open to enthusiastic new graduates. Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills. Responsibilities: Serve a middle school caseload, providing speech and language therapy to students. Conduct evaluations, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to support student progress. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements. What’s in It for You: Hourly pay between $55–$65 (based on experience and qualifications).
