Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a RN - ICU for our client in Bakersfield, CA 93301 . This is a 8 Weeks contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!

Position Title: RN - ICU
Location: Bakersfield, CA 93301
Duration: 8 Weeks
Work Schedule: 3x12-Hour Shifts
Pay rate: $65-$73/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide critical care nursing services to ICU patients.
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
• Administer medications, treatments, and advanced therapies as prescribed.
• Operate and monitor specialized ICU equipment.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Active California RN License required.
• BLS Certification required.
• ACLS Certification required.
• Balloon Pump experience required.
• Impella experience required.
• Recent Cerner and Epic experience within the last 5 years required.
• Minimum 6 months of Epic experience within the last 12 months required.
• Must have successfully used Cerner and Epic as an employee or travel contractor.
• Must be proficient with both systems and able to work independently with minimal assistance.
