Medication Aide/Med Tech PositionWaters Edge Lodge is currently seeking Medication Aides and/or Med Techs for both AM (6:00am-2:30pm) and PM (2:30pm-11:00pm) shift.Pay Rate- $23.50 per hourThe primary functions of a Med Aide/Med Tech are to:Administer medicationsAssist with care giving as neededRespond to residents' needs promptlyReact timely to resident pull cords/alertsWe are looking for part time employees (position could be full-time for the right candidate).Regular part-time schedule is 2-on, 4-offOn-call/PRN also availableFull-time may be available for candidates willing to switch between AM and PM shift.Minimum qualifications are:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 12 months experience or equivalent education in the healthcare environmentAbility to speak English clearly to elderly residentsAbility to work patiently with cognitively impaired individualsEmployment requirements include:current COVID19 vaccinationRoutine COVID testsPhysicalTB testFingerprint clearance from the FBI & Dept. of JusticeWaters Edge Lodge is nestled in a unique and peaceful setting on the lagoon of Harbor Bay.
