Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 12 months of travel experience is preferred.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• COVID booster required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 24 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Yale and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Yale.

Additional Details:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: OR experience required. 2 year min hospital experience.

Special Requests: No more than 7 days RTO, and time off must be made up on the back end.

Unit Details: Neonate, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population. Hospital setting serving inpatient, outpatient, ER, and OR patients. Free Parking

Shift & Scheduling: Shift times may vary based on department need. Every other weekend. Rotating holidays. Call as needed.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Community Hospital Experience.

7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 07/04/2026, 09/07/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027, 01/18/2027, 05/31/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1
