What You'll Need:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Oregon
• Experience providing OT services in a school-based setting
• Strong foundational knowledge of educationally relevant assessments and interventions
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor student-specific programs
• Collaborative communication skills for partnering with teachers, staff, and families
• Capacity to evaluate, select, and guide the use of adaptive equipment
• Experience or willingness to supervise therapy assistants
• Flexibility and comfort traveling between multiple sites within the region

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess student needs and deliver direct, indirect, and consultative occupational therapy services
• Develop individualized plans to support educational access and participation
• Provide training and consultation to staff, ensuring best practices in supporting student goals
• Select and monitor the use of adaptive equipment to facilitate student independence
• Document evaluations, interventions, and progress in compliance with district and state standards
• Supervise and mentor occupational therapy assistants as required
• Contribute to multidisciplinary teams, participating in IEP/504 processes as needed
