Project Manager

Role Description

Paydex Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team on a remote basis. This is a part-time or full-time contract position, depending on the candidate's availability.

As a Project Manager at Paydex Technologies, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. You will work closely with our team of developers, designers, and marketers to plan, organize, and execute projects from start to finish.

• Lead project planning, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Create and maintain project timelines and schedules
• Monitor project progress and ensure that deadlines are met
• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide regular updates on project status
• Manage project budgets and resources effectively
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards
• Facilitate team meetings and ensure all team members are aligned and working towards project goals
• Provide leadership and support to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• Continuously assess and improve project management processes and procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the technology industry
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• PMP certification is a plus
