Restaurant ManagerAs a Restaurant Manager, you will be a cultural mentor for our 28 FounDAYtions. You will report to the RGM and communicate to inspire, coach, and support your restaurant team members, shift managers. You will assist in the recruitment and training of your team, guiding them towards promotions and empowering them to build successful careers. By cultivating a team of top performers, you will create a culture that is vibrant, optimistic, and incredibly rewarding.
