Bilingual HR Administrator Location: Lawrence, MA Pay: $25.00-$26.00 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday (occasional evenings/weekends as needed) Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking a Bilingual HR Administrator to support day-to-day Human Resources operations at our Lawrence, MA location. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and management, supporting recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, employee records, HR compliance, and employee relations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities Administer HR policies, programs, and procedures at the site level. Support full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions. Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation. Process payroll accurately and maintain payroll records. Administer employee benefits and respond to benefit-related questions. Maintain personnel files, HRIS records, and employee data. Assist with employee relations matters and HR investigations as directed. Support performance management and compensation programs. Generate HR reports and maintain compliance-related documentation. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company employment policies. Promote a positive, safe, and professional workplace culture. Perform additional HR duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 1 year of Human Resources experience or related HR education. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently. Strong problem-solving skills and professional judgment. Experience working with diverse employee populations preferred.
