About the Role: WellSpa in Vinings and Kennesaw, GA is looking for passionate and skilled Physical Therapists to join our growing wellness team. Responsibilities: Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitative techniques Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed Educate patients and families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and wellness strategies Collaborate with interdisciplinary wellness staff to ensure comprehensive patient care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards Promote a positive, healing environment consistent with WellSpa's wellness philosophy Requirements: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program Active Georgia Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or wellness-based physical therapy preferred Strong knowledge of manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and rehabilitation protocols Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, holistic wellness environment CPR/BLS certification required or ability to obtain prior to start date About Us: WellSpa is Kennesaw's premier destination for integrative health and wellness, blending therapeutic care with a rejuvenating medical spa experience.
