Western Products is seeking a highly empathetic and emotionally intelligent in-home roofing sales professional to represent our premium residential roofing solutions in the Fargo area. As a GAF Master Elite Contractor —a distinction earned by only a small percentage of roofing companies nationwide—we provide homeowners with industry-leading roofing systems, warranties, and installation quality.

The Position

At Western Products, we value the human element of sales above all else. As an in-home roofing sales professional, you will be empowered with pre-qualified, high-intent leads generated by our marketing team, while building additional sales opportunities through self-generated leads.

Your role is to meet with homeowners throughout the Fargo-Moorhead area, conduct hands-on inspections, assess roofing needs ranging from storm damage repairs to aging system replacements and upgrades, and provide tailored solutions backed by the strength of our GAF Master Elite certification .

This is more than a sales position—it’s an opportunity to guide homeowners through one of the most important investments they’ll make, delivering confidence, clarity, and peace of mind.

Your success starts with our industry-leading training program, designed to develop both your consultative selling skills and your ability to build trust with homeowners.

With strong performance, you can expect:

• 30%–40% close ratio
• Average project size of $12,000–$20,000+
• High earning potential with uncapped commissions
