What We Offer Competitive pay up to $24/hour based on experience and certification Flexible scheduling options: full-time or part-time (15–40 hours/week) with flexible shifts Benefits for employees working 30+ hours/week, including paid time off, medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid RBT training – start working as a Behavior Technician while we cover the cost of your certification Mileage reimbursement with minimal travel—clients matched within a 15-mile radius About the Role As a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will provide direct therapy to children and young adults using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). ABA is a research-based approach that helps improve communication, learning, and daily living skills.
