Qualifications Valid WA State Plumbing License Clean and current Washington Driver’s License Able to pass background check, drug screen, and reference check Physically able to lift 75+ lbs., climb in/out of trucks, and work in various weather A motivated, career‑focused attitude A team‑first mindset and commitment to quality Responsibilities Perform in‑home plumbing repairs and installations (faucets, toilets, water heaters, etc.) Build strong customer relationships by offering solutions that fit their needs Troubleshoot and replace sewer and water lines (video inspection tools used) Clear drains using conventional equipment and high‑pressure jetters Diagnose and repair leaks efficiently and professionally Required Skills Plumbing Customer service Troubleshooting Repair Communication Teamwork Reliability Problem‑solving Adaptability Safety Attention to detail Time management Diagnostics Mechanical skills Customer relationships Efficiency Desired Skills Installation Multitasking Water systems Benefits Top Pay – Up to $200K+, depending on experience Flexible Schedule – No on‑call shifts!
