Call Center Agent

Call Center AgentNCMMIS is in search of 12 Call Center Agent. Labor Category – Customer Service Agent. Temporary Position (possible conversion to CSRA). Possible shift work. Selection based upon candidate's ability to meet qualifications at the best value. Rate will need to be established on the agreement prior to starting of approved candidate. If rate if not already established please reach out to SCA to receive the NTE rate in order to submit a proposal.Essential Job Function:Answers incoming phone calls on behalf of client; provides accurate and appropriate information to callers.Places outbound customer service or customer satisfaction calls, as required by client.Completes call guides; gathers and verifies required information.Attends telephone skills and program information training sessions; adheres to established levels of service.Adheres to established customer service and documentation standards within required time frames.Adheres to contact center scheduling, ensures telephone coverage during contact center hours of operation.Performs clerical or administrative duties as assigned.Basic Qualifications:High school diploma or G.E.D.Zero or more years of customer service or other telephone experienceExperience working with fax machines, computer software, and telephone technologyOther Qualifications:Basic communication skillsAbility to follow oral and written directionsAbility to meet professional standards towards project and co-workersWork Environment:Office environmentMay require shift workAdditional Information:Place of Performance - 2610 Wycliff Rd, Raleigh, NCPeriod of Performance – Start date and ongoing (possible through POP of agreement / possible conversion to CSRA)
