This outpatient Physical Therapist position is based in Dedham, Massachusetts, a welcoming New England town located just southwest of Boston. You will be part of a supportive, collaborative team of therapists and rehabilitation professionals who emphasize evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and high-quality patient outcomes. The workspace is designed for functional training and therapeutic exercise, with treatment tables, equipment for strength and conditioning, and modalities appropriate to an outpatient rehab setting.In this role, you will conduct thorough evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and progress patients through their rehabilitation using a combination of manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training. A typical day includes a mix of new evaluations and follow-up treatment sessions, coordination of care with referring providers, and documentation within the clinic's electronic medical record system. Patient caseload commonly includes adults and adolescents with orthopedic injuries, post-operative conditions, spine issues, and activity-related pain, with occasional geriatric and occupational-related cases depending on referral patterns.Therapists work closely with colleagues to discuss complex cases, share treatment strategies, and support each other in maintaining an efficient and positive workflow. You can expect patient scheduling that allows for focused, one-on-one care while maintaining reasonable productivity expectations. Shifts generally follow standard outpatient hours, with potential early morning or early evening options to accommodate patient schedules

Physical Therapist, Outpatient References: 1 Reference in entire work history License and OP experience are required.
