Occupational Therapist Opportunity Description Our client is a well-established and growing Home Health and Hospice Care organization. They are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join their team. This is located in the Santa Barbara / Ventura, CA area. California Occupational Therapist license if required. We desire proactive candidates who are able to work independently. Relocation candidates welcome to apply! Job Requirements Home Health or Community Health Rehabilitation experience is required. Active California Occupational Therapist license. Current BLS and driver license. Job Responsibilities Performs Occupational Therapy assessment and treatment as prescribed by the referring physician. Instructs and monitors the progression of patients in the use of therapeutic activities. Communicates with the care team and physician on plan of care and progress.
