Senior Cards & Payments Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Cards & Payments Business Analyst / Functional Consultant with 10+ years of experience and strong expertise in FGPP and payment processing platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with FGPP implementations/support, issue analysis, configuration, and customer-facing stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and troubleshoot FGPP issues and cases, including triage, issue recreation, trace analysis, and root-cause investigation.
- Provide functional and business expertise across Cards & Payments and payment processing solutions.
- Configure and manage FGPP Profiles and Rules.
- Work with database and GUI tools for issue investigation and analysis.
- Lead technical discussions and stakeholder engagements in customer-facing environments.
- Support FGPP implementations, enhancements, and production activities.
- Analyze complex problems and develop effective functional solutions.
- Collaborate with technical, business, and client teams to resolve issues and deliver project objectives.
- Provide subject-matter expertise and guidance on payment processes and applications.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of professional experience in Cards & Payments / Banking / Payment Processing.
- Strong hands-on experience with FGPP 3.x implementations or support within the last 3 years.
- In-depth FGPP business and functional domain knowledge.
- Experience with FGPP configuration, Profiles, and Rules management.
- Strong experience in issue triage, recreation, trace analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with PAYplus USA and/or GFX.
- Strong database and GUI tool experience.
- Excellent customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle complex functional problems.
