Our client, a leading organization in the food processing industry, is seeking a 2nd shift Machine Operator-Bagger Jackson, WI to join their team. As a 2nd shift Machine Operator-Bagger Jackson, WI, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to efficient and safe manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, a commitment to safety, and a team-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Jackson, WI

Pay Range: $22.40 per hour

Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Safely set-up and operate equipment to optimize machine capability and product output.
• Apply knowledge and skill to troubleshoot and address routine equipment malfunctions, ensuring high-quality goods are produced.
• Check for defects or malfunctions that may affect product quality or work performance.
• Follow strict safety procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required, and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of machinery and equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environmental conditions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude.
