Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistant services within a skilled nursing facility setting
• Float between multiple facility locations as assigned
• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Active PTA license in the state of Colorado (or eligibility)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Ability to float between multiple locations within the region

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
• Experience in a multi-site or floating clinical role
