Production Operator AssociateUnited Talent Staffing is immediately hiring 1st Shift Production Operator Associates in the Villa Rica area! Job Responsibilities: Move materials and products throughout the warehouse, mix and bag cement, clean and organize work areas, perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control, follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines. Pay & Shift: 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: $16.00 per hour Overtime Required Requirements: Minimum of 3 months of concrete/batch-mixing experience, ability to stand, lift, and move throughout the entire shift, comfortable working in a dusty environment, strong teamwork skills and willingness to assist where needed, ability to lift up to 50 pounds as required, sit-down forklift experience is a plus, ability to read a tape measure Perks & Benefits: Referral Bonus-For every new Associate you refer that works 40 hours, you will receive $40 and once they work 100 hours you will receive an additional $100.
