Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Woodward, IA
Duration: 6 Months
Pay: $50–$55/hr

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality nursing care in a residential healthcare setting. The RN will perform patient assessments, administer medications and treatments, respond to medical emergencies, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal resident care.

Requirements:

• Active Iowa RN License.
• CPR Certification.
• Healthcare, Long-Term Care, Residential Care, or Developmental Disabilities experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a Level 3 Background Check.

Schedule:

• AM: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM.
• PM: 1:45 PM – 10:15 PM.
• NOC: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
• Every 3rd Weekend Required.

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments and monitor resident health conditions.
• Administer medications, treatments, enteral feedings, and prescribed therapies.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and Medication Administration Records (MARs).
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide CPR, first aid, and other necessary interventions.
• Implement and monitor physician orders and care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Train and supervise direct care staff and medication aides.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and facility policies.
