Find out more about life at Alter Domus at careers.alterdomus.com JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a Security Operations and Strategy Senior Officer to serve as a strategic business partner and operations leader supporting our security leadership. This role combines cybersecurity expertise with executive-level operational support, driving critical initiatives, strategic planning, and cross-functional coordination to advance the security organization's mission and objectives Key Responsibilities Strategic Operations & Planning Partner with security leadership to develop and execute security strategy and roadmap Coordinate strategic Cyber initiatives, eg.: AI Security, Network Optimization, Access Management transformation Manage strategic initiatives, programs, and special projects from inception to completion Coordinate annual planning cycles, budget management, and resource allocation Prepare executive briefings, presentations, and communications for board and C-suite Track and report on security program metrics, KPIs, and organizational goals Stakeholder Management & Coordination Serve as liaison between security leadership and internal/external stakeholders Facilitate cross-functional meetings with IT, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and business units Manage executive calendar, priorities, and time allocation for strategic focus Coordinate with vendor partners, consultants, and external advisors Build relationships across the organization to drive security initiatives Communication & Reporting Develop executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations Prepare briefing materials for board meetings, audit committees, and leadership reviews Draft and refine security policies, standards, and strategic documents Manage internal security communications and awareness campaigns Translating technical security concepts into business-relevant insights Business Intelligence & Analysis Conduct research on emerging threats, technologies, and industry trends Analyze security metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making Support vendor evaluations, RFPs, and technology selection processes Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on security programs Benchmark security capabilities against industry standards and peers Required Qualifications Experience 5+ years in cybersecurity, security operations Experience in working with C-level executives Strong proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and executive presentations Soft Skills Strategic thinking with strong attention to detail Exceptional organizational and time management skills Discretion and ability to handle confidential information Clear and professional written and verbal communication Strong documentation and technical writing abilities Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field Master's degree is a plus WHAT WE OFFER We are committed to supporting your development, advancing your career, and providing benefits that matter to you.
