Licensed Practical Nurse

$1156.68/week - Job Summary: Provides licensed practical nursing care in a skilled nursing facility, supporting patient health and safety through direct clinical interventions. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality elder care in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders. Monitor, document, and report patient conditions and changes. Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges. Support residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant clinical environment. Follow facility protocols and adhere to legal and ethical standards. Qualifications: Valid state licensing as an LVN or LPN required. Proven experience working in LTC/SNF or similar settings preferred. Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills. Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members. Must complete required vaccinations and meet immunization requirements. Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
