The Role

• Own the full annual events calendar — signature moments, seasonal programming, and weekly rhythm, planned quarters ahead
• Produce across the full range: intimate bespoke formats (private chef dinners, tastings) through large-scale productions around Art Basel, F1 race week, and the winter season
• Own brand sponsorships and partnerships across all things luxury — identify, negotiate, and deliver the activation — with a performance bonus tied directly to programming revenue
• Set and hold a five-star service standard, with dedicated production support alongside you

You

• 10+ years in ultra-luxury hotels, with events and programming leadership at property or brand level
• A track record producing both bespoke experiences and large-scale cultural productions, end to end
• Live brand partnership relationships you can activate
• Fluent in serving UHNW and high-profile guests with discretion
• A portfolio of past work — every candidate presents one
