Regal Staffing Services is now hiring Assemblers- Direct Hire Opportunity for a Transformer Manufacturing Company in the Dallas, 75247 area.

Shift : 1st shift 6am-2:45pm Monday- Friday (w/ Daily or Sat OT as needed)

Pay Rate : $20.80/hr  

Responsibilities :

• Assembling small components as well as large assembly projects; teardown 
• Brazing, 
• Clean parts
• Inspect parts to print to verify assembly
• Keep work area clean and free of hazards.
• Maintaining acceptable production rate while not sacrificing quality of work.
• Meeting customer and company quality standards.
• Minimizing rework and scrap. 
• Must provide support to other departments on an as needed basis.

Requirements :

• Provide proof of HS Diploma or equivalent Required
• Minimum of 1 year of assembly experience working small/ large assembly
• Ability to speak, read and write in English
• Demonstrate the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic understanding of shop & measuring tools; electrical components
• Basic understanding of electrical components. 
• Familiar with basic measuring tools (Calipers)
• Able to read and interpret detailed wiring diagrams, and drawings.
• Must demonstrate proficiency in the use of basic shop tools.
• Good eye hand coordination and manual dexterity skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Computer proficient.
• Ability to work independently.
• Pushing/Pulling/Lifting/Carrying up to 50 pounds without assistance
• Physical ability to squat, twist, turn, bend, stoop, climb, and reach overhead.
• General hand tool knowledge
• Must have stable work history
• Pass background and drug screen
