Compensation:

$50,000 - $150,000 at plan commission

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences, building strong relationships.
• Conduct property tours and open houses, showcasing homes to prospective buyers with enthusiasm and expertise.
• Collaborate with our seasoned team to develop effective marketing strategies that highlight property features.
• Negotiate offers and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for clients while maintaining transparency and trust.
• Stay informed about market trends in La Plata County, providing clients with up-to-date insights and advice.
• Utilize our advanced technology tools to manage client interactions and streamline the sales process efficiently.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions and mentorship programs to continually enhance your skills and knowledge base.
