Setting: Outpatient clinic with callOne consistent Monday Monday week per month (7 shifts)Clinic hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM plus night/weekend call (limited, rarely returns onsite)Max 15 patients/dayNew visits 30 min Follow-ups 15 minScope includes chemo, immunotherapy, transfusions, LPs, radiation, ablationNo acute leukemia or sickle cell patientsStart ASAP (privileges days)Requirements:
MD/DO, completed combined Hem/Onc fellowship, board certified in Medical Oncology or Hematology, KY or compact license preferred, BLS/ACLS, DEA, EPIC experience.
