Associate Attorney - Litigation Defense

Job Overview A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney with 3+ years of civil litigation experience for its Fort Worth, TX office. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal injury defense, transportation litigation, construction, and/or product defect cases. Duties Handle legal matters related to civil litigation defense. Provide excellent client service in a timely and efficient manner. Communicate complex legal principles clearly to clients. Manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented setting. Requirements 3+ years of relevant work experience. Licensed to practice and in good standing in the State of Texas. Occasional local and state-wide travel may be required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented problem solver. Self-starter with a client-first mindset. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Texas.
