Personal Banker

Responsibilities Provide excellent client service by acknowledging inquiries, identifying needs and offering appropriate products and services, and responding in a timely manner. Engage clients and prospects in financial reviews (client and business) to provide solutions and uncover additional financial needs. Make recommendations and follow through on commitments to clients. Maintain direct contact with external and internal clients and consistently provide proactive solutions and problem resolutions in alignment with the bank’s Breakthrough Client Service Standards. Open consumer and business accounts for existing and new clients. Support the branch goal of identifying and referring a wide range of bank products and services to the appropriate internal business partners. Resolve client issues and requests, exhibiting strong follow‑through. Build familiarity with business, consumer, and trust entities. Assist as a resource to Client Service Specialists and fill in on teller functions (including cash transactions) when needed. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. One year of teller or other banking experience preferred. Basic knowledge of consumer banking and business products and services offered. Ability and desire to actively develop consumer lending skills. Ability to accurately handle cash, balance accounts and drawers, and perform accurate calculations. Proficient in expanding the client relationship with emphasis on creating new relationships and expanding existing relationships using personal and business rapport with customers. Ability to obtain a Nationwide Multistate Licensing and Registry (NMLS) preferred. Pay & Location The pay range for this role is 22 to 27 per hour. The pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non‑discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location.
