Finance Analyst

Job Title
Required Skills & Experience - 5+ years of billing, accounting, revenue recognition, or project finance experience
- Ability to review contracts and interpret billing, revenue, and margin requirements
- Strong analytical skills with experience resolving complex invoicing, financial, and operational issues
- Oracle Fusion experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Construction, engineering consulting, or project-based accounting experience
- Experience with change orders, revenue recognition, and contract compliance
- Leadership, mentoring, or team coordination experience
Job Description - Review contracts and determine billing requirements, margins, and revenue recognition impacts
- Oversee invoicing activities for complex projects and ensure billing accuracy
- Analyze project financials, identify risks, and support operational decision-making
- Manage change orders and contract modifications throughout the project lifecycle
- Answer billing and financial questions from project teams and leadership
- Perform quality audits on invoicing and collections processes
- Support system improvements, reporting, data analysis, and ERP initiatives
- Assist with workload coordination and provide guidance on escalated billing issues
