A Day in Your Life: In this hands-on role, you’ll be at the forefront of technology, responsible for: Testing electronic assemblies and printed circuit boards (PCBs) to ensure top-notch quality. Conducting final product assembly and system-level testing. Recording and reporting production and test data with precision. Collaborating closely with our talented Production, Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver high-quality products on time. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives by sharing your valuable insights. Who You Are: You’re detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Here’s what we’re looking for: Education : High School Diploma or GED. Skills : Strong manual dexterity and experience with hand tools (screwdrivers, torque drivers, wrenches, tweezers). Tech Savvy : Basic computer proficiency with the ability to navigate production software. Team Player : Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in electronics manufacturing, assembly, or testing environments. Familiarity with printed circuit boards (PCBs) and manufacturing quality assurance processes. A passion for hands-on technical work and a desire to learn. Training & Onboarding: Get ready for an exciting one-week training program that sets you up for success! After completing training, you’ll transition to your assigned production shift, ready to make your mark.
