Caregivers may assist with: Personal care such as bathing, grooming, and dressing Companionship and social engagement Meal preparation and light housekeeping Mobility and everyday activities Following each client's individualized care plan Providing safe, respectful, and dependable care Recording care provided and communicating changes or concerns to the office What Makes a Great Caregiver? Compassionate and patient Dependable and responsible Comfortable working independently in clients' homes Respectful of each client's dignity, privacy, and independence Reliable and willing to travel between client locations Previous caregiving experience is preferred. Candidates with at least one year of experience in home care, private duty, CNA, HHA, or a related caregiving role. Additional requirements include: Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Current auto insurance CPR/First Aid certification is a plus Where You'll Work Our caregivers serve clients throughout the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago, including Schaumburg, Hoffman Estates, Palatine, Rolling Meadows, Elk Grove Village, Des Plaines, Park Ridge, and surrounding communities.
