Instruction & Planning Develop and deliver standards-aligned lesson plans Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs Use effective instructional strategies and technology Maintain evidence of lesson preparation 2. Student Development Support academic, social, emotional, and Islamic character development Encourage leadership, responsibility, and positive behavior Serve as a positive role model 3. Assessment & Progress Monitoring Assess student learning and maintain accurate records Provide timely feedback and post grades promptly Use data to inform instruction and improve outcomes 4. Classroom Management Maintain a safe, structured, and respectful environment Manage student behavior in accordance with school policies Ensure student supervision and safety Communicate professionally with parents and respond within 24 hours Participate in conferences, meetings, and school events Collaborate with colleagues and administration 6. School & Community Engagement Support school activities, programs, and events Foster positive relationships within the school community Participate in extracurricular and assigned duties 7. Professional Responsibilities Attend required meetings, trainings, and professional development Maintain accurate student records and documentation Report concerns promptly and follow established procedures 8.
