Occupational Therapist - OT - PRN Symbria is seeking a PRN employee‑owner team member to provide occupational therapy for older adults at our Concordia Village facility in Springfield, IL. Weekday and weekend coverage is required. Responsibilities Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans alongside supervision of Occupational Therapist Assistants. Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation as part of the interdisciplinary team. Help patients achieve critical outcomes and act as a trusted partner to the community served. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists. Hold a valid state license. Ability to work flexible hours and weekends. Experience in acute care, long‑term care, or rehabilitation is desirable but not required.
